Digital Creative (Right-hand to our Head of Brand)

Intro
Cyclowax is doing more than making the best hot wax products. We’re building a brand cyclists love. Because when people love our brand, they don’t just buy our products. They talk about us, they recommend us and they bring other cyclists in. And we’re building that love brand through content. It’s king. We’re growing and we’re growing fast and that’s exactly what we want.

That’s why we’re looking for a Digital Creative to become the right hand of our Head of Brand. Someone who likes doing. Someone who likes learning. Someone who’s excited about building a brand.

About the job
Think of this role as a full-time, all-round digital creative. You won’t be stuck in one channel or one task. One day, you’re filming a reel at a cycling race. The next you’re optimising our webshop, building an email flow, or helping launch a new product. You’re creative, pro-active and you know how to plan & organise your work week. No babysitters here.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Brand and be involved in almost everything that makes Cyclowax… Cyclowax.

Why do we need you?
Because Cyclowax is growing fast. More products, more campaigns, more events, more content, more community. And we want to do all of that properly.

You’ll help us:

- Execute an always-growing marketing plan
- Bring campaigns and activations to life
- Pushing and growing Cyclowax with our Head of Brand

You will be in charge of…
(And yes, this is intentionally broad.)

- Shooting and editing video content (Reels, YouTube, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Helping plan and execute brand campaigns & activations
- Support e-commerce in partnership with our webshop & digital agency (Shopify CRO, landing pages design, flows, ad design)
- Helping with email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
- Designing simple visuals in Figma (web, social, presentations)
- Supporting event activations (Cyclowax House, races, fairs)
- Managing relationships with influencers & creators
- Scouting new collaborations that actually make sense
- Being a creative sparring partner for the Head of Brand

What skills & experience are important?

- You speak English fluently (Dutch is a big plus)
- You’re digitally savvy and comfortable switching between tools
- You’re not afraid of a camera, a spreadsheet, or a blank Figma file
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing
