Update on the Performance Wax Heater pre-order

First of all… thank you. We saw demand we honestly didn’t expect. The first batch sold out almost instantly, which pushed us to ramp up production faster than planned and start additional batches. That momentum is great to see. It also means timing shifted. We’re currently finalising production and setting up the delivery schedule.

Shipping will start at the end of May, and all orders will be fulfilled in chronological order.

Here’s what that looks like:

• January & February orders → shipping starts mid May
• March orders → shipping starts mid June
• April orders → shipping starts end of June

As soon as your order is scheduled, you’ll receive a separate email with your track & trace.

We’ve had to navigate a few supply challenges along the way (the global situation didn’t make things easier), but everything is now lined up to get units out at scale. What matters most: your Performance Wax Kit is coming, and it’s going to be worth the wait.
