Step 1: Turn the heater upside down
The first step is very straightforward. You remove the top silicone part of the heater. It’s fully removable and easy to take off.
Once that’s done, you place the device upside down. The silicone mat has a raised edge all around it, so the heater fits nicely and stays stable when flipped. You don’t have to hold it or balance it in a weird way.
Inside the heater there’s a built-in sensor that detects that it’s upside down. That’s important, because it automatically knows you’re about to replace the wax.
“You replace the wax in a very clean way in less than a minute”
Step 2: Push the button
After flipping the heater, you switch it on and press the button on the front.Instead of running a normal waxing cycle, the heater now goes into what we call the replace wax cycle.
It heats up, but not to the full 90 degrees like during a regular wax session. It only warms up enough to slightly melt the wax inside. That slight heat is enough to release the wax as one solid tablet. It simply drops out of the heater in one clean piece.
There’s no scraping involved, no digging around, and no wax sticking to the sides. It just falls out cleanly.
Step 3: wait for the tablet to drop
When the wax tablet drops out, you’ll notice how clean it is. There’s no wax spillage around the device and no residue left behind inside the heater.
That was very intentional in the design. We didn’t want replacing wax to become a messy maintenance job. It had to be quick, controlled and predictable.
Once the old wax is out, you simply place the heater back in its original upright position and put the silicone top back on.
Step 4: Add a new wax tablet
Now you just take a fresh wax tablet and place it inside the heater. That’s it. You’re ready for your next waxing cycle.
The entire process takes less than a minute, and you don’t end up with wax on your hands or your workbench. It’s designed to be as simple and clean as possible, so you can focus on riding instead of maintaining your setup.
