Contest Rules: Win a VIP Tour de France Experience with Lidl-Trek

These rules outline the terms and conditions for participating in the Golden Wax Tablet contest organized by Cyclowax. By entering the contest, participants agree to the following terms:

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by Cyclowax, with its registered office at Tapuitstraat 9, 9000 Gent, Belgium (referred to as “the Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Cyclowax, its partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Participants must reside in a country where such contests are legally permitted.

3. Contest Period

The contest runs from June 25, 2025 to July 4, 2025, ending at 11:59 PM CET.

Orders placed after this deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to Participate

To enter, simply place an order containing at least one wax tablet (a starter kit also contains a wax tablet for example)  via cyclowax.com between June 20 and June 30, 2025.

Each wax tablet purchased counts as one entry. Ordering more products = more chances to win.

One golden wax tablet will be randomly placed in one order during the contest period.

Whoever receives the golden wax tablet in their package wins the prize.

By ordering, participants agree to these contest rules.

5. Prize

One winner will receive the following all-access VIP Tour de France experience with Lidl-Trek:

  • Full VIP day at a Tour de France stage

  • Ride in the Lidl‑Trek team car

  • Access to the team paddock and behind-the-scenes experience

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Cyclowax reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent experience if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The Golden Wax Tablet will be picked randomly from our stock. Nobody knows which box contains the golden tablet. 

The customer who receives this tablet is the winner.

The winner will need to let us know. Cause we won’t know who received the golden wax tablet. Hence “picked randomly”.

7. Data Protection

By participating, you agree that Cyclowax may process your personal data solely for contest-related purposes.

Cyclowax will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. General Terms

Cyclowax reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the rules or contain incorrect information.

Cyclowax may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

9. Liability

Cyclowax is not liable for:

  • Orders lost due to technical issues or delivery failures

  • Any injury, damage, or loss related to participation or the prize

10. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent.
